Privacy Policy
This page explains what personal information DinaBridge collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Plain English, no dark patterns.
1. Who we are
DinaBridge is a US-based IT consulting firm specializing in observability, search, and security data platforms. In this policy, “DinaBridge,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to DinaBridge and its personnel. If you have any privacy questions, email privacy@dinabridge.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the business, and only in these situations:
- You contact us. Name, work email, company, role, and the content of your message — collected via our contact form (processed by Formspree) or by direct email.
- You apply for a role. Résumé, professional history, certifications, and anything else you choose to send us.
- You become a client or partner. Contract, billing, and project-delivery data required to perform the engagement.
- You visit the website. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referrer, timestamp) and analytics used to understand aggregate traffic patterns.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and, if we agree to work together, to deliver the engagement.
- To evaluate and communicate with candidates for full-time and internship roles.
- To keep our own books, meet legal obligations, and defend our rights.
- To operate and improve the website — never to build advertising profiles.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.
4. Legal bases (for visitors in the EEA / UK)
Where applicable, we rely on your consent (marketing communications), the performance of a contract (delivery of services), our legitimate interests (running the business, security, replying to inbound inquiries), and legal obligations (tax, accounting).
5. Sub-processors we rely on
We use a short list of well-known providers to run the site and the business. Each is bound by its own data-processing agreement:
- Formspree — contact-form submission processing.
- Google Workspace — email and internal documents.
- GitHub Pages — website hosting and delivery. GitHub Pages may log visitor IP addresses for security purposes.
- Accounting and payment providers — client billing and financial record-keeping.
We will update this list when it materially changes.
6. Retention
We keep inquiry and marketing data for up to 24 months after last contact, candidate data for up to 24 months after the last interaction unless you ask us to delete it sooner, and client-engagement records for the period required by US tax and contract law (typically 7 years).
7. Security
We follow standard-industry practices: access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege access to client data. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected parties promptly if a breach materially affects them.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or object to certain uses of your personal information — including California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and the EEA/UK. To exercise any right, email privacy@dinabridge.com. We respond within the period required by applicable law.
9. International transfers
DinaBridge operates from the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US under appropriate safeguards.
10. Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns. Google Analytics may set first-party cookies or use similar technologies to collect anonymised information about how visitors interact with the site. This data is used solely to improve the website experience; it is not used to sell personal information or to build advertising profiles.
You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings without affecting the core functionality of the site. Where required by applicable law, a consent mechanism will be implemented on the site.
11. Changes
We update this policy when our practices change. Material updates are reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top.
