What we look for
- 5+ years shipping production infrastructure in one of our practice areas (observability, search, security data)
- At least one vendor certification on our roadmap — or the depth to earn one within your first quarter (we pay for it)
- Comfortable writing runbooks and architecture docs your client can defend internally
- Consulting temperament — you’d rather solve a customer’s problem than defend a slide deck
- US-based (remote) with overlap for eastern & central time zones

We intentionally host interns from university programs and Virtual Internships. It’s how we support the field — and how we meet the specialists we’ll want to hire in three years.
University co-op & senior projects
We host interns from US universities that fund student placements or count the work toward a capstone / practicum credit. We help scope a shippable project up front and provide the mentor sign-offs your program requires.
Virtual Internships partnership
DinaBridge is a host company on the Virtual Internships platform. Structured 8–24 week remote placements with weekly check-ins, coaching, and a portfolio-ready deliverable. Ideal for international students and career changers entering US tech.
First step into corporate America
We’re deliberate about hiring people who’ve never worked inside a US tech company before. You’ll be paired with a senior engineer, sit in on real client work under NDA, and leave with a written recommendation and reference network.
