DinaBridge is a named-engineer consultancy for production data systems. We work directly with your team — no account managers, no junior ramp-up, no black-box status updates — across Elastic, Kafka, Kubernetes, and ScienceLogic.

Built for depth, not volume.

Most consultancies staff engagements with whoever is available. We don’t. DinaBridge was built around a different constraint: the engineer you speak with in the first call is the engineer who does the work. That constraint shapes everything — how we scope, how we price, how we communicate.

We are a small team of senior engineers with deep, specific experience in the data systems that underpin search, observability, and security infrastructure. We don’t carry generalists. Every person has earned their depth in production environments, under real load, with real consequences.

Our engagements are scoped, not open-ended. We come in with a defined problem, a defined outcome, and a named engineer. You always know who is doing the work and why. When the engagement ends, you own the result — not a dependency on us.

02 — Principles

How we work.

These aren’t values statements. They’re constraints we hold regardless of commercial pressure.

01 Named engineers only Every engagement is staffed before it starts. You know who is doing the work. We don’t hand off mid-project, and we don’t substitute engineers without your knowledge.
02 Defined scope We define what we will deliver and when. Open-ended retainers without outcomes are not how we work. If a problem isn’t well enough defined to scope, we scope it first.
03 No black boxes Every decision is explained. Every configuration choice has a rationale. You leave the engagement understanding what was done and why — not dependent on us to operate it.
04 Production-only depth We only work in domains where our engineers have shipped to production. No demo-ware, no lab experience dressed as production expertise.
05 Outcome over hours We price by outcome where possible. Time-and-materials is a last resort. We are incentivised to be efficient, not to extend engagements.
